Cowboy Slinger is one of our favorite retired bulls. He’s won a few buckles in his day!

Now he is enjoying his retirement here at the ranch roaming the pasture. He is waiting for the Buckin’ Ohio Pro Bull Riding season to start so he can watch some of his bull buddies buck off a few of those cowboys!!!!!

Freightliner another great old boy is enjoying his retirement here at the ranch, he is our Poster Boy and our Ranch Romeo, he loves all of the media attention and the paparazzi.

Freightliner and Cowboy Slinger hang out together watching those pretty cows and I’m sure they reminisce about their road hauling, wild bucking, cowboy slinging days.

2011 Ends with a record-breaking crowd

Buckin’ Ohio’s 2011 season ended with our Tournament of Champions on September 17 with a standing-room-only crowd.

Congratulations to our series champions — Chance Riley from Seville, OH was our season bull riding champion. Tammy Sutton from Seville, season barrel racing champion. Colton Bricker of Orrville, OH Mutton Bustin’ season champion.

We want to thank our fans and sponsors who have made this season so exciting.

Bull Riding School – May 26 & 27, 2012

Spring is a great time to challenge yourself, work on your mental attitude, improve your riding technique, and get your adrenalin pumping. May 26 & 27, 2012 we are holding our bull riding school at the ranch.

Our goal is to build your confidence and develop your mental attitude, so you are equipped and ready for the sport of bull riding.

Our bull riding school is geared for the beginning student, or the seasoned bull rider.

The ground school will teach you the basic skills a bull rider needs before mounting a bull.

We pair our bulls with the riders based on their ability and experience level.

Bull riding is a tough, competitive sport, we believe the combination of skill, determination, and education gives you the edge!

We know you will appreciate the hands on instruction, and the opportunity to get on an UN-limited amount of bulls.

Opening the ranch to the public for our Buckin’ Ohio bullriding series is like taking your dream and letting the world join you. I love our ranch and feel so privileged to live here. Buckin’ Ohio has been our way to keep the western heritage alive and to share it with others. We have been blessed in meeting so many great people.

This is our 11th season and we’re growing every year. Our success would not have been possible without the overwhelming support of our fans and generous sponsors. We greatly appreciate the loyalty of our fans and all the great relationships we have been blessed with over the years. We have another exciting season planned for 2012, a western experience your family will never forget.

We are proud to feature some of the rankest bulls, toughest cowboys and prettiest cowgirls competing anywhere in the country. Some of our bulls are stars competing on the national circuit. Participants need to wear jeans or long pants; tennis shoes or cowboy boots (no open shoes/sandals)

Ages: 5-9

Weight limit: 65 lbs.

We will provide the helmet and vest

Parent/guardian must be present and sign a Release/Waiver of Liability and Indemnity Agreement.
